I have been using on occasion Magnesium Oil and my arms and legs before bed to help me relax. Now I discovered this recipe from another great believer in essential oils and I want to share it with you. I am making this recipe for me, and one for a friend that has trouble relaxing and going to sleep. Will keep you posted on my results with the recipe. Maybe my frriend will share her results also....

I know there are lots of essential oil brands out there.
