First of all, can we talk about how much I LOVE THESE PEOPLE?! 🖤

The last few weeks have been a little chaotic as we've worked to find our new home, get everything set up, and bring this crazy crew back together. And you all have shown us SO MUCH love and support through the whole thing. Seriously. THANK YOU.

And to our ONLINE BADDIES, don't think for one second we've forgotten about you! Some of you have been sweating, cussing, and making questionable dance decisions with us from your living rooms for YEARS. You've stuck with us through all the changes, and you're just as much a part of this family as the people standing in front of us. We love your faces, even when we can't actually see them. 😂🖤

Last Wednesday was our official test run back on the mic. We worked out a few kinks, got everybody back on the mic, and remembered exactly why we missed this so damn much.

And THIS Wednesday? Oh, we're ready. 🔥

We've got some brand-new routines, some old favorites making their comeback, and a whole lot of questionable dance decisions waiting for you.

And here's my favorite part. You can get your cardio in WITHOUT running or being on a stupid treadmill.

Because I don't know who needs to hear this, but you can absolutely get a good workout while laughing, shaking your ass, and forgetting that you're technically exercising. 😂

You can keep dancing with us from wherever you are! Our online workout library is still going strong, and you don't even have to put on real pants to join the party. Well, maybe some shorts. We aren't responsible for carpet burns.
