When it gets dark outside that doesn’t bother me. I love sitting out in storms. But today I was in an in person reading when the angels shouted in my ear, “Stop!” That got my attention!! “Go tell your husband to pick up Elle early. The tornado sirens are going to go off.”

Sure enough! All is well over here. Listen to your angels when they shout! They know what they’re talking about!!

Most of us are going so fast we can't hear ourselves think. Let alone hear our angels. 💛

This episode is about slowing down enough to hear the voice that's been there the whole time — your own soul's voice. The one that's connected like an old phone cord straight to heaven.

Oneness isn't something you have to find or earn or figure out. It's something you learn to hold. And the more you practice it — even just three minutes a day while you're brushing your teeth — the louder that voice gets.

This is one of my original Angel Membership teachings from 2020 and I still come back to this material myself.

Because the peace that comes from knowing you are always connected to the answers you need?

What if you could feel completely at peace in 13 minutes? 🤍

You don't need a special setup. You don't need to be seated in lotus position. You can do this laying down, sitting at your desk, or anywhere you have 13 quiet minutes.
Here's what's going to happen:

Your energy is going to rise from the soles of your feet all the way through your crown. Your guardian angel is going to take your hand and lift you higher. God's love is going to pour in through the top of your head and settle into your heart.

And by the end you are going to feel just how expansive you actually are.
