Nervous system healing isn’t about getting you to a state of eternal bliss or eternal neutrality.

The goal is to get you to where living the FULL spectrum of the human experience is something we can appreciate and handle. To be able to be experiencing pain and still find gratitude for that experience.

The body is designed to learn about our environments and adjust accordingly. But this response was made for survival in nature; now that we live in society, this response often causes more harm than good.

Working with the nervous system through the body is an incredible way to get these cycles to complete and allow the nervous system to recognize that it is time to come back to center.

Ready to retrain your nervous system, access stuck emotion and rebalance your energy? Book a session today!

Eventually you will be angry and it will be blessed by the universe.

Anger is 1. A boundary emotion and 2. A secondary emotion. Meaning, you will feel angry when something is not okay and you will be angry when you are ignoring pain.

I was taught a long time ago anger was an indication of my failure to process my emotions. And i believed them.

But sometimes you're just fu***ng angry; because, what's happening is just not okay. Anger is what gives us the fire to move through into the new chapter.

You're allowed to be angry, as long as you need.

Being called to learn to process, embrace and integrate stuck emotion deeper than you ever have before?

I am proud to announce that i am putting my over 10 years of experience to work.

I have been practicing witchcraft for over 10 years now and pride myself on the study of both benevolent and baneful magic. As we know there is no black and white, only gray.

We meet twice a month once online once in person to learn, impliment and integrate the craft. Learning everything from grounding yourself to creating and performing rituals from scratch. Build your Grimorie, altar, and unique style. Learn to work with spirits, dieties and your deepest, most powerful self.

Over my 10 years i have gained more insight and experinece in working with and consulting others on witchcraft techniques. Working within a group presents new ideas, outlooks and theologies that are important for well rounded growth.
