At the District of Columbia Primary Care Association Annual Conference today, Community Dietitian Matt Walker spoke on bridging care between cancer prevention, chronic disease, and nutrition support. Government Relations and Public Funding Director Raisa Wells spoke on a panel about Food is Medicine policies and infrastructure and how medically tailored meals improve health outcomes
