Research indicates that Americans are seriously deficient in many critical nutrients because of the Standard American Diet (SAD). Over 55% of the SAD’s calories come from processed foods, with 33% coming from low-quality animal products. This has led to one hundred million overweight Americans and 40% of the American population suffering from one or more chronic diseases.

Did you know that I offer Kinesio Tape applications?

There's a plethora of reasons "taping" would complement your injury care routine. From Muscle injury, to bruising, tightness, to supporting old injury, there's a ton of amazing techniques that can be applied to expidite recovery, and even eliminate pain!

How?

Kinesio tape is a flexible tape with waves in its adhesive which microscopically lift the skin. This lifting allows for more space between the tissue and the skin, which can become tight after an injury. Increasing space there can alleviate discomfort, facilitate lymphatic drainage, and allow for a decrease in inflammation, which reduces pressure and enables a more effective flow of blood and lymphatic fluid in and out of the target area.

Book with me and see what kind of magic can happen for you!

Hey everyone! I've been super busy working on the new clinic/ Apothecary and all things that go along with it. . .

Let me tell you that it's no easy task! Designing, Websites, apps, marketing, hardware, R&D, products, Etsy, shipping, packing, moving, all in between studies, clients, raising a new puppy and regular home life! WHew! I need an assistant! (and a day off!) 😉

Realistically, things are coming along smoothly and I'm feeling extra blessed. I'm incorporating a few new concepts into my practice for pain management and detox. (More on that soon)...

But for now you can book one of my many services online here:

Everyone knows it's super important to wear sunscreen when expecting prolonged exposure to the sun. Some of those with fair skin wouldn't even dare to leave the house without applying a thin layer first. Okay, so we know that we have to buy sunscreen, but which kind? Sunscreen is sunscreen right? Al...
