It feels like January 1st not December 1st today!

Even in the greater scope of the world, my spirituality is undefinable just as my work is. It’s been a thread of truths that have culminated from many different cultures, religions and sacred practices. Becoming an embodied and interwoven practice in every part of my day; my spiritual connection is inseparable from my work. It started in Christianity and has expanded as my work and experiences of mind/body healing brought undeniable new truths and more importantly, palpable growth and improvement to my life. All the seeking to understand the common thread of truth has brought so much more love and ease and freedom.
I’ve always said it was my daughter who helped me find natural health, but it’s been my son who’s inspired me to find the thread of truth I’ve come to now in my spirituality. Reid, I love our conversations where you tell me I’m new age and I tell you this is only where God led me from the same place you are now. I’m excited to keep learning from your perspective and sharing mine, because I know it will grow both of us. You’ve been the first man who could truly have this conversation with me and I can only imagine how great it will be in another 20 years. 😘

I’ve worked with teachers, mentors, shamans, priestesses and healers of all kinds who could all mirror parts of myself to me, but my greatest teacher has been my own life. Specifically in relationships of all kinds. I believe every person in my life has some purpose for showing up and reflecting to me.
I’ve always lived from my heart which has brought both love and fear out in my relationships of all kinds. The problem, as my shaman friend put it is, “Sarah, when you see people you only see the Diamond. You fail to see the charcoal”. It took me years to recognize the difference between where people were capable of meeting me and where I was only seeing possibility.
People tell you who they are and where they are capable of meeting you, but without that foundation of self love it is harder to see the true diamonds who deserve your heart. I’m so thankful for all the teachers and all their medicine. 🙏🏻

Alignment. Flow. That knowing you’re living your whole hearted truth.
I’ve been asking for it, releasing for it, facing everything to be in it. My life has taught me so much in 5 short years and 5 years in one just since January.
I left home at the end of March after a breakup in December that was brutal and also my greatest step forward. I felt like I was different overnight when I finally understood it for what it was and released all of it. Soon after, I got the clarity I had been seeking in my business and closed the physical space, knowing my work is now changing. Even my role as a mother was up for change as my children move into their next stages of adulthood.
Over the last month, I was guided to heal my body in the beautiful frequencies of Hawaii, and the devastated and determined areas of California that have started to rebuild. In the process I’ve found my alignment in more ways than I could have imagined. 💫

Growth is not optional. It’s only a matter of choosing struggle or ease.
After almost three decades of a marriage that was always a struggle all I wanted was peace and happiness. Since that day almost 5 years ago my life has become like a really good movie. I’ve had the most dramatic soul connections, fun adventures and amazing new people in my life that have helped me live even more healed and free.
I’m grateful to my children’s father for all he helped me learn and all I became in the process. Especially this process post divorce. I have no regrets. And what we were able to build together even beyond our beautiful children, has allowed me to keep doing the spiritual work I needed to do to bring my work to the world. 💫

Becoming a Naturopath saved my life. In my first year of training I learned how to analyze the eyes and saw that my broken heart was causing diseased tissue in my right breast. Thermography showed the same. Who knows what the outcome would have been had I only done the natural therapies and not the deeper work which for me included years of work on myself and the end of a 25 year marriage.
One of the things that makes me good at what I do is that I can see and feel people’s pain, what causes it, and how it is affecting their body. Joy is palpable and so is pain. I know you’ve witnessed this.
We are already seeing a shift to understanding that dis-ease in the mind leads to disease in the body. You can eat perfectly, exercise regularly, detox every last organ and take bags of supplements and still be sick. If you never work through the feelings and circumstances creating those feelings; you will always have an imbalance - even if it’s just weight gain or a skin rash. After years of seeing this truth over and over with clients, I find myself in the same place I was when I first started this road of awakening. I can’t NOT share it with people because I see the suffering that no medicine or outside source can heal. True healing comes from within- from remembering the divine being you are and why you are here. ❤️

Eight years ago Hawaii called me to her to heal a bit of my very broken heart. She brought me just enough strength to keep growing and healing. It was not until I was on the island last week; I realized that like many synchronicities in my life I couldn’t make it up. In trusting where I’m being led, I was not only being taken care of; I was being gifted with even more than I could have imagined.
I recognized recently that I had closed out an 8 year cycle and broken patterns that had played out for generations. I could see that it had significantly upleveled my 3-dimensional life just as much as it had upgraded my spiritual life.
The last month has been one divinely led change after another and while I can see how some of the pieces are coming together, most of them are unclear until I listen intently to what the next step is. I’ve been asked to shed many things and step even more fully into trust.
I know even the closest people in my life will wonder who I have become (again🤣) but anyone can see from just my photo that the work I’ve done over these 8 years has led me to a place of truly thriving.
So as I close the physical space of Luminosity at the end of this month, I’ve never felt more aligned, grateful and excited about the new ways I’m helping people do the same. One friend has even termed it “the Sarah effect” and I’m finally feeling it’s time to share it with more people. ❤️
