HAPPENING TOMORROW NIGHT!

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Stilly Valley Health Connections is hosting a FREE community event featuring a health education presentation from Fred Hutch.

Attendees will enjoy a light dinner from Olive Garden and baked goods from Hammond Bread Company, all in a welcoming and supportive environment. Learn about local resources, receive fun giveaways, and several options where you can schedule your next mammogram.

We invite anyone interested in breast cancer resources to attend, including those currently receiving treatment or in remission. All are welcome to learn the importance of early detection and supportive services. Registration is required.

Join us for this program to learn about various gluten free alternatives, as well as things to keep in mind when you’re in the grocery aisle, at your favorite restaurant, or in your own kitchen.

Men’s pelvic health includes more than just the prostate! Join us for an open conversation about men’s pelvic health and common symptoms that may be connected to the pelvic floor.

Dr. Jess from will expand on how strengthening these muscles can help alleviate constipation, urinary issues, pelvic pain, and improve sexual health. She will then discuss the role of physical therapy, and other treatment options.
