I just learned that my newest book was chosen as the United States Dressage Federation Book Club selection for this month! 📚✨

I’m truly honored that USDF is highlighting it and inviting readers into the conversation. On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, I’ll be joining their live Zoom chat to discuss the book, answer questions, and hear from all of you who’ve been reading along.

Moments like this remind me how special it is to share ideas and connect with our wider dressage community. If you’d like to join in, you can find details here: https://www.usdf.org/education/book-club.asp

Looking forward to seeing some of you there!

I am pleased to share my enthusiasm and this guy pleased to share his relief.

Yesterday, while following our routine schedule, it became clear that this individual needed support to correct tension in the facia, muscles, ligaments, and joints.

Contact me if you feel your equine partner could benefit from bodywork.

Scientists at Virginia Commonwealth University have just made a new discovery that could change how we fight Lyme disease.

They found a weak spot in the bacteria that causes Lyme, a tiny but powerful enzyme called lactate dehydrogenase (BbLDH). This enzyme helps the bacteria grow and survive in the body. Without it, the bacteria struggles to spread.

Why is this so big news? Because this enzyme could now be targeted. If we block it, we could stop Lyme disease in its tracks.

This breakthrough, published in the journal mBio, is a big step forward in the fight against a disease that affects thousands every year.
