Hi All !

I'm sharing this with you as I'd love to find a renter "know" while I work internationally mid August through April/May next year. Tegan plans to move back home after he graduates in May. We are flexible with the time frame.
We have worked through Airbnb and Furnished Finders for renters in the past and have had the BEST renters!
Most of our renters turn out to be moving to/from the hood or having major repairs/remodels thier their homes in the area.
We thought it would be a smart idea to offer our place to people we know in the neighborhood to bless someone you know as well as have an excellent rental situation for us and cut down on some of the site specific fees and taxes.
The place is fully furnished, washer dryer, robust appliances, 2BR + 2 Full baths, 2 pools and jacuzzis, a far-infrared sauna, utilities and wifi is paid, a VERY safe hood with absolutely lovely neighbors!
