The truth about social media lately…
After my mom died in October, a lot of things shifted for me.
I have struggled to find the energy or importance in showing up here. Social media feels overwhelming, and honestly… a little trivial compared to what really matters: my family, my kids, and being present for my current clients.
But something else has been happening too.
Watching my mom and so many people in my family face Alzheimer’s disease has made me even more passionate about the work I do.
It’s why I care so much about hormones, brain health, inflammation, nutrition, and helping others understand what’s happening in their bodies.
I will never be the person posting perfectly curated content every day. But I do want to keep sharing the things that matter - the research, the tools, and the habits that can help us protect our health long-term.
And maybe a few behind-the-scenes moments too (like this shot from my time on in January).
If you’re here, thank you for being here. 🤍
