Her most recent passion is The Ukulele Creations Program which empowers youth by teaching them how to play, create, and connect through music. Participants learn the art of ukulele building and playing, fostering creativity, teamwork, and confidence. This program helps kids find their voice and express themselves through creativity.

I find myself enjoying an amazing breakfast on my back porch, communing with nature, and am filled with such deep gratitude. Feeling the warm, humid, tropical air on my skin, smelling the ocean air, and find myself in a deep level of contentment. Heading to the islands today to connect with a friend, and all seems well in the world. 
I am especially enjoying this as I have recently forgotten to take times like these. The world has felt especially intense lately, and it is easy to get caught up in that chaotic energy. It takes practice, intention, and focused attention, sometimes just to stay in our center.
The contrast of this feeling overwhelms me in the most beautiful ways. I hope you can take moments like this throughout your day and let the energy of joy and gratitude overtake you! 💖

I've always been an over-giver and people-pleaser, which in part stemmed from a survival pattern from growing up in a volatile environment. If I could keep the peace, I could stay safe. But even after leaving home, I kept these patterns. Why?

Two reasons:

1. My subconscious stored this behavior as a survival mechanism.
2. I had past life karma to balance.
