Adult Middleweight No-Gi Pans 🥈 First IBJFF event, a major, and went through 4 tough matches (sub and two by points) to lose a close refs decision for silver in the finals. I’m really happy (but not content!) with the progress I’ve made over the last couple months. And I’m really thankful for all my coaches, teammates, opponents, and the opportunity to compete in a sport I love. Time to enjoy this for a moment, recover, take that data and improve for East Coast Trials.

Thank you for inviting me out for this title match! Super happy to have executed the game plan and came away with a smother from Mount (submission of the night!) and the belt. 🫡 This show was incredibly well run, packed theater of fans excited to watch grappling, great production & honestly just awesome vibes. Can’t wait to come back to defend this title, and maybe get a chance at that 145 one too 😏
