Classes will be taught by parents, and community members! This group provides a safe and fun environment for our special siblings.

The Cool C.A.T.S (Children of All Types Succeeding) Club is an inclusive and adaptive program that hosts social events for families who have a loved one living with a disability. Cool C.A.T.S Club activities include:

👉 Adaptive Cycling 🚲 - Group rides, Adaptive Bike trials, fundraising and adaptive bike buying

👉 Bowling 🎳 - Family Friendly events held monthly

👉 Chillin' with the C.A.T.S - Seasonal events Co-Hosted with The Arc of Pikes Peak Region

👉 C.A.T.S in the Kitchen 👩‍🍳 - modified cooking classes for all abilities held at The Arc's new accessible teaching kitchen. Share your ideas with us!!

👉 Sibling Group - Co-Hosted with Reigning Hope, providing group activities for siblings of individuals living with different abilities. (Location will alternate with Reigning Hope's Farm location and community outings)

👉 M.A.D C.A.T.S 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 - Moms And Dads of Children of All Types Succeeding -
This is a parent group! We will host volunteer meetings, Parent's night out, and parent empowerment groups!

👉 Special Olympics 🏆 - Sports are limited. We are looking for more Coaches!! Please email [email protected] if you are interested in Coaching a team or to learn more! Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center donated this sweet ride to our friends at CycleDifferent. They both wanted to make sure it would be loved appropriately, and thought of us!! We will absolutely enjoy this unique 2-seater fun-on-wheels!!! 😎
A big thank you to both of these incredible places that provide wonderful opportunities and resources for families like ours! 🖤

Our Annual C.A.T.S go Camping ⛺ Adventure was originally inspired by providing some extra fun for families while attending Fishing Has No Boundaries- Colorado Springs Chapter!! 🎣

Check out how much fun some of our CATS had during the 19th Annual FHNB event this year!! 🎣⚓🛟
A few prize catches🏆, lessons on filleting 🐟, raffle prize winners, face painting, horse riding, and most importantly - smiles & memories to last a lifetime. ❤️

A HUGE thank you to all of the volunteers who work year-round to make this massive 2-day event so special for families like ours. 💚

What a magical weekend we had!! ✨🏕️ Our 3rd Annual C.A.T.S go Camping ⛺ was nothing short of amazing! So many giggles, new experiences, and friendships made!!
2 Nights Camping with friends at Pueblo Reservoir Campground. 16 Families!!- 65 individuals with varying needs, abilities, and interests!

Starting on Friday night with our Family Potluck! So many delicious, creative, and thoughtful dishes! 🍲 Followed by hilarious games, a Sunset Stroll (or glow sick stroll 🤷🏼‍♀️), & s’mores. 🍫
Saturday we hosted our 2nd ever Campfire Karaoke 🔥 Which brought out the stars! 🤩- The bravery, the talent, and the hype was almost tangible! 🏅🎤👏🏼

When we refer to “Our Village”- this weekend was the pure definition of that. 🖤 Being surrounded by other families who “get it”, no apologies needed, parents supporting each other, and kids supporting other kids.
Having the opportunity to be yourself while having fun & trying new things is truly priceless! 👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏼

Thank you to all of the amazing families who joined us on this wonderful adventure!! 🏕️
