Get the work done.
Just get it done well.

They don’t need to know what was done. 🔐
They don’t need to know where the syringe went. 🤫
They just know you look really, really good.

The work can stay our secret.
I hope my name will not 😉

The science of facial aging is evolving and so is the way we treat it.
Whether facial change comes from natural aging, collagen loss, or volume changes during GLP-1 therapy, the goal shouldn’t simply be to replace volume.

We need to understand what the tissue needs and choosing the mechanism accordingly.

Collagen stimulation, structural support and facial balancing are related — but they’re not interchangeable.

The science may be changing the way we think about collagen stimulation in the GLP-1 era, particularly as we learn more about how metabolic state, inflammation and weight loss may influence our tissue.
This means not every collagen stimulator may behave the same way.

So be informed - you should invest in the product that’s appropriate for your goals based on science not marketing.

Not lip filler, but lip sculpt.
It should make you think:
Her lips are beautiful.

Not:
She got filler.

This part is not complicated.

YOUR BOTOX DIDN’T
SUDDENLY STOP WORKING.

YOUR BODY CHANGED.

If you’re on a GLP-1 and suddenly feel like your Botox or Dysport isn’t lasting the way it used to, there may be more to the story.

Emerging research is asking an interesting question:
Could GLP-1 therapy change how long neurotoxins last?

And that matters.

Because significant weight loss doesn’t just change the number on the scale.

It can change facial volume.
Muscle dynamics.
Skin quality.
Facial proportions.

So continuing the same aesthetic treatment plan you had before losing weight may no longer make sense.

As a physician board-certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine who also have been practicing aesthetic medicine for years, I look at both sides of this equation.

I don’t treat the face as if it exists separately from the body.

Your metabolism changed.
Your weight changed.
Your face changed.

Your aesthetic plan needs to change with it.

This is where weight medicine meets aesthetic medicine.

I don’t actually care about your glow. 👀

Okay… I do. 😂 But hear me out.

Everyone wants ✨glowing skin✨ — but what I’m really obsessed with is what’s happening underneath it.

COLLAGEN.

Because you can hydrate the surface, put on a beautiful serum and get a temporary glow…

But collagen is what gives skin that firm, smooth, bouncy, expensive-looking quality we associate with younger skin.

And THIS is why I’m so excited about Juvelook + microneedling. 🇰🇷

Microneedling creates the signal to repair and remodel. Juvelook fits perfectly into what I’m always trying to accomplish with your skin:

Don’t cover it. Don’t overfill it. Make the skin itself better.

Better texture.
More bounce.
Smoother-looking pores.
That almost reflective Korean glass-skin effect. 🫧✨

I want people wondering what you’re doing to your skin…

Collagen is the long game.
Glass skin is the flex. ✨

And obviously, I’m trying this on myself first. 😂

Officially bride ready. 🤍✨

Not different. Not overdone. Just beautifully refined for one of the most photographed days of her life.

So add Something… biostimulating. 🤍💍 to the old, blue and new!

Radiesse® is one of my favorite treatments for brides because it’s not just about adding volume — it’s about creating structure, definition, and stimulating your own collagen for the forever after 🫶🏻
