Empowering the next generation, one conversation at a time!
This past weekend, Infinity Mental Health had the pleasure of speaking at the inaugural EmpowerHER Summit, hosted by the Prince George’s County Section of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) – Little Sisters United!
We spent time helping young ladies better understand their emotions, recognize the importance of mental health, and learn healthy ways to express what they’re feeling. Our message was simple: Your emotions are valid, your voice matters, and asking for support is a sign of strength.
Creating spaces where young girls can openly discuss their feelings, build emotional awareness, and develop confidence is essential to raising emotionally healthy young women.
A special thank you to Little Sisters United for inviting us to be part of such a meaningful experience. We are grateful for the opportunity to pour into the next generation of empowered young women! 👑
Here’s to raising girls who understand their emotions, advocate for themselves, and know they never have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
