November is TMJ Awareness Month!
Your TMJ (temporomandibular joint) connects your jaw to your skull and supports natural movement every time you talk, eat, or laugh.

When the TMJ is under stress, it can cause discomfort like:

-Jaw soreness or tension
-Popping or clicking sounds
-Headaches or facial pain

At Iowa Holistic Dentistry, we believe awareness and prevention are key to maintaining total-body balance — including your jaw health.
