I've been studying Reiki level 2 and next will be level 3. So glad to have the ability to help others heal with these techniques.

Thank you to Dr. Usui, Dr. Hayashi and Madame Takata for passing down this sacred modality to the world.

If you have never had Reiki before I have a special going right now. You can also get a massage and just do an add on for 15 minutes of you just want to try it out. It includes a sound bath and aromatherapy!

Come get your chakras (energy centers) cleansed and balanced and watch your health improve!
Lots of love to you! 🙏💚☀️

Even when the sun is hiding and it's cold there's still beauty all around us.

Remember to be grateful for the people who genuinely care for you and are consistent with their support. They are extremely hard to find.

If you have no one then look in the mirror and appreciate yourself for all that you do.

Love on yourself.
Take yourself out and do things that you would want a partner to do with you.

I've been doing life alone for years. Not because no one has wanted to be with me but because I won't settle for less than I deserve.

I am sending you lots of love and good energy! Have a happy St.Valentine's day! 🌹

A little about St. Valentine:
According to legend, St. Valentine signed a letter “from your Valentine” to his jailer's daughter, whom he had befriended and healed from blindness. Another common legend states that he defied the emperor's orders and secretly married couples to spare the husbands from being conscripted to serve in war. Brittannica.com
