September full “harvest” moon circle! Such amazing energy brought! I had 7, one (didn’t want to be in the pic) is taking the picture.
We did a “moon salutation” and joined in of course! We released what didn’t serve us, made moon water, had some good snacks and reiki. And in true Ventura fashion, the sunset was stunning! Another magical moon circle with mostly “newbies”! So

Gratitude

First full moon of Fall, the “harvest” moon circle on Saturday, September 26th, 6:00-8:00 in my studio. Join me for one of the most popular full moons of the year, the “Harvest” moon! We’ll make moon water, do some fun yoga, get some reiki, set intentions and release what doesn’t serve us, and just have fun talking about the moon!

Our Fall Equinox Energy Refresh on Sunday was inspiring and motivating. Marking the changing of the seasons with an afternoon of gentle self care and community. Thank you Asher Countryman Asher and David (and babies!) for the cacao ceremony and beautiful sound bath. Thank you Abbey the acupuncturist for sharing your healing gift. Our guests enjoyed the cacao ceremony, sound bath, acupuncture and reiki.
Stay tuned for a winter solstice announcement and we will be hosting spring equinox event.

Looking for an energy reset? Join Abbey the acupuncturist and me, for our “Fall Equinox Energy Refresh”, on Sunday, September 20th from 2:00-4:00. We will be joined by special guests, Asher and David of Asher Countryman for a cacao ceremony and an immersive sound bath!

The pictures ▶️ are from our summer equinox event, which was a lot of fun and we received positive feedback from!

We’ll start with a cacao ceremony and introduction to cacao and its healing properties. A ceremonial chant will lead us into the immersive sound bath. Enjoy the sound while you receive acupuncture and Reiki. Set intentions and release what is not serving you as we enter the fall season.

This event is for anyone looking to feel more grounded and centered. Anyone who is looking for a relaxing yet healing experience. Anyone who is curious about reiki, acupuncture and/or sound baths. Or if you are experienced, it’s a great afternoon of restorative energy!

I would love to share this fabulous afternoon with YOU!! DM me for more details. Tickets on Eventbrite. Search “fall equinox” and look for the flyer ⬆️ All attendees will receive one of my custom oil rollers ($20 value) as a gift. Peace, love and reiki ☮️💟💫
