Meet Alexis—our fearless leader, Practice Director, and the heart behind so much of what we do at Ocean & Mountain Perinatal. 💙🌊🏔️

Alexis somehow does it all: she leads our team with strength and compassion, keeps both practices running smoothly, and still finds time to be an amazing wife, mom of three, and the ultimate sports mom! ⚽️🏐⚾️

She values her faith and loves reading, baking, sunny days at the beach, and giving back through AYSO and PTSA. Her favorite place she has traveled is Africa—and if you know Alexis, you know her adventurous spirit, generous heart, and joyful energy go wherever she does.

We are incredibly lucky to have Alexis leading our Ocean & Mountain Perinatal family. She takes care of our team so that we can take the very best care of yours. Please help us show our fearless leader some love! ✨💙

Throwback Thursday 💙 It’s hard to believe how far we’ve come in just 3 short years!

What started as a vision for Ocean Perinatal has grown into something we are incredibly proud of, and we couldn’t have done it without the patients, families, referring providers, team members, friends, and community who have supported us along the way.

We’re so grateful for every person who has trusted us and been part of this journey. Thank you for growing with us, cheering us on, and being along for the ride. 🌊✨

The flu shot is recommended during every pregnancy occurring during flu season, regardless of trimester. It can also be given during the same visit as other recommended pregnancy vaccines.

Meet Kelly 💙

With her bright smile, positive energy, and genuine warmth, Kelly brings her whole heart to everything she does at Ocean Perinatal. She has a wonderful way of making people feel comfortable, cared for, and welcomed from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside the office, Kelly is a proud wife of 22 years, mom to two teenage boys, dog mom, and lover of adventure, paddle boarding, beach days, water polo games, and swim meets.

We’re so lucky to have her as part of the Ocean Perinatal family! 🌊💙
