Every…..single….. person that walks through the door of the clinic is looking for anxiety relief, depression treatment, estrogen, testosterone or weight loss.

I got you!!!! But can we also focus on what keeps me up at night worrying about you? Your cardiovascular health.

Listen friends, after 35 years in chronic care, I wil stand 10 toes down on what we do today determines our life in 10 years. The older I get, I the more I scream this to myself every…..single……day.

So, yes:
I love helping you lose weight;

I love giving hubby his energy back
But I LOVE checking your B/P at every visit.
