💚 Case Manager Appreciation Week Spotlight: Alyssa Goskeson
What makes case management so meaningful? For Alyssa, it’s walking alongside the individuals she supports, connecting them with services, and celebrating the goals they achieve along the way.

✨ “It's the best feeling watching someone grow as you work alongside them.”
Alyssa also reminds us that case management is a journey of continuous learning. Every new situation brings an opportunity to grow, build new skills, and find better ways to support others.

One victory that stands out? Helping someone transition from couch hopping into their own ICS apartment. Hearing that their mental health had significantly improved through the connections they built with fellow residents and staff was a powerful reminder of the impact stable housing, community, and support can have.

This Case Manager Appreciation Week, we’re celebrating Alyssa and all the case managers who help turn goals into progress, challenges into opportunities, and connections into meaningful change.
