A Summer of Learning, Connection, and Growth!
Over the summer, I had the opportunity to complete the in-person EQUUSOMA training in Colorado, and it was an amazing experience! Learning the experiential principles of EQUUSOMA’s horse-human trauma recovery approach while working alongside both human and equine participants was truly impactful.
This training deepened my appreciation for the role horses, nature, and experiential learning can play in supporting trauma recovery, self-awareness, and connection. I’m excited to begin incorporating what I’ve learned into my work at Settle Counseling as I continue my journey toward completing Level 2 of the EQUUSOMA training.
I’m grateful for the learning, the connections, and the opportunity to continue growing both personally and professionally.
