Master Massage Test Series Master Massage Equipment US — Part 1 🧡
They sent me this face cushion to put to work, so that’s exactly what I’m doing.

I’m testing it where it matters most: inside real Journey Bodyworks sessions—watching comfort, support, positioning, and how naturally the client settles into the table.

This is only the beginning. More real-session testing is coming. 👀

Your body has a story.
I know how to listen.
Watch the healing language unfold. 🧡✨

This is more than touch.
It’s rhythm, intuition, intention, and presence.

I follow the places the body protects, the patterns it repeats, and the tension it no longer needs to carry—creating space for release, movement, and return.

Every session is a conversation without words.
Every movement has purpose.

Journey Bodyworks — The Body Mechanic.
Not just a session. An immersive experience.

DID YOU KNOW your bodywork can have a rhythm? 🧡🪵✨

That steady tapping you hear is Tok Sen—a traditional practice rooted in Northern Thailand. “Tok” refers to tapping or hammering, and “Sen” refers to the pathways described in Thai healing traditions. Together: tapping the lines.

Using wooden tools, I create rhythmic vibrations while following the areas of restriction I feel in your body. I adjust the pace and pressure to you—listening with my hands, working with intention.

Tok Sen may help ease muscular discomfort and tension. Early research has shown promising short-term results for shoulder pain, though studies are still small.

In its traditional framework, this work also invites energy to flow. For me, that intention is personal: creating space for what feels heavy or stagnant to soften.

Imagine the steady rhythm. The vibration. A moment to breathe and feel supported.

Follow the line. Find the rhythm.
This is Journey Bodyworks—with The Body Mechanic. 🧡

Curious about Tok Sen? Comment “RHYTHM” or message me to explore whether it fits your next session.

Those hands have created smiles. That arm has thrown strikes. And at almost 79, he’s still reaching higher. ⚾🧡

A dentist. A former baseball pitcher. A man with a lifetime of skill—and a body deserving of care.

This is his closing moment at Journey Bodyworks: rising from the table, stretching overhead, and taking a little time for himself.

As The Body Mechanic, I work with the person on my table—their history, their movement, their needs that day. Every session is personal. Every movement has intention.

You’ve spent years showing up for your work, your family, your passions. Give your body some of that same attention.

Still in the game. Still making time to feel good. ✨

A little piece of my island, held in my hands… shared with your body. 🧡🌊

Fun fact: the stones I use come from the beaches of St. Croix—my birthplace. They carry a connection to home that makes this work even more personal to me.

I warm them and guide them with intention, letting the heat, the glide, and the rhythm of my hands become part of your Journey Bodyworks experience.

Imagine settling into the table. Warm stones moving slowly over tired muscles. A long exhale. Time that belongs entirely to you.

Island stones. Intentional hands. The Body Mechanic, with a little Caribbean soul. ✨

Ready to feel the warmth? Message me to begin your journey. New clients start with a consultation.

You’ve been holding everything together… come feel what it’s like to be held. 🧡

Watch how I work: the Carter Cradle cloth supports you as I guide the stretch, while warm stones and intentional hands bring a slow, grounding rhythm to your session.

I pay attention to the little things—how you move, where you brace, when it’s time to ease up. That’s The Body Mechanic in me. Every movement has a purpose, and your body sets the pace.

Imagine the warmth. The support. That long exhale when you finally give yourself a moment.

This is your invitation into the Journey Bodyworks experience. ✨

Ready for your time on the table? Message me “CRADLE” and let’s talk about your next session. New clients begin with a consultation.

A little cloth. A lot of intention. 🧡

This is The Carter Cradle—my way of using cloth to support the head while I guide a gentle neck stretch. Watch how I shift my stance and adjust the pull. I’m feeling for the angle that meets the body where it is, one small movement at a time.

That’s The Body Mechanic at work. At Journey Bodyworks, even the quietest part of a session has purpose.

Nine+ years of listening to bodies, trusting the work, and building Journey one intentional session at a time. ✨

To be recognized by BusinessRate as a Top 3 Massage Therapist in Virginia Beach for 2026 is a beautiful reminder that consistency speaks.

Journey Bodyworks was never built to feel like an assembly line. Every session is personal. Every body tells a different story. Every nervous system needs something different.

So this recognition belongs to every client who trusted me enough to lie on my table, breathe a little deeper, release what they were carrying, and allow the work to meet them exactly where they were.

5.0 stars. 120 Google reviews. Top 3 in Virginia Beach.

I’m grateful. I’m grounded. And I’m still evolving.

The work speaks. 🏆
