A healthy gut starts at the beginning of digestion. If you are one of my clients then you know that I am a fan of soups and foods that are easily digestible. Especially after a colonic. But when your body is under stress and you are experiencing an onset of constipation, fatigue, and bloating…. It’s time to take immediate action in the kitchen. Even as a person who regularly gets colonics and am very healthy with what I put in my body… there are times that I have to go back to the basics. After a trip or just an increase of eating out can be enough to trigger inflammation in the bowels.
This is not about limiting the trips and eating out on trips… it’s about having a plan to get back on track. I frequently will order the groceries for making some wholesome soups and hydrating foods on the way home from a trip so I can immediately assist my gut to recover. Always have a plan to love your gut. 🥰
