Emily began her career as a nursing assistant at Homestead II, while earning her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and MBA from Lake Erie College. Aspiring to become a leader in long term care, she entered Saber's Administrator Residency Program at Highland Pointe, where she gained hands-on experience and developed the skills needed to lead a community. After successfully completing the program and earning her nursing home administrator license, Emily now serves as the Administrator at Wadsworth Pointe.

Emily credits the residency program's mentorship, hands-on experiences, and exposure to different leadership environments for helping prepare her to lead with confidence.
