Cats meow for a reason. Even when it sounds like they’re auditioning for Broadway. 🎭

Here’s what could be going on:
🩺 Health check alert, sudden meowing can signal pain, urinary issues, or other medical concerns.
🍽️ Hunger or thirst, “Hey human, I said treats, not thoughts!”
💤 Boredom or attention-seeking, your cat is basically saying, I’m fabulous. Notice me.

After his dental procedure, the anesthesia is still working its magic, and this sweet guy is feeling every bit of it. Between the elevated headrest, cozy blankets, sleepy eyes, and that adorable little tongue hanging out, Snoop has fully embraced post-dental potato mode. 🥔💕

When our patients aren't completely satisfied with their accommodations, we do our best to make things right! This little guest enjoyed a room upgrade complete with a comfy blanket, soothing music, climate-controlled surroundings, and an exclusive workstation view.

Does your pet struggle to breathe?

Flat-faced breeds like Bulldogs, French Bulldogs, Pugs, Boston Terriers, and Shih Tzus are adorable, but their unique facial structure can sometimes make breathing difficult.
One common issue is stenotic nares, or narrowed nostrils, which can restrict airflow and make everyday activities more challenging.
At our hospital, we offer stenotic nares repair surgery, a procedure designed to open the nostrils and help brachycephalic pets breathe more comfortably. Improved airflow can mean easier breathing, better exercise tolerance, and an enhanced quality of life.

What should I do if my pet has diarrhea?

(We know, not the dinner table topic.) 🚨💩 Don’t ignore it! Here’s your vet-approved plan:

• Call your vet if it lasts more than a day, they seem lethargic, there’s blood, or they’re a puppy/kitten. Those little guys can dehydrate fast.

• Skip the food (for a bit). Give their tummy a few hours to chill, but never skip water. Hydration is key! 💧

• Check for extras. Ate something weird? Trash buffet? A mystery “snack” from the yard? That could be your culprit. 🍂🐾

Plain diet = best. Boiled chicken and rice can help settle things down. Think of it as a spa day for their digestive system.

💡 Pro tip: Keep an old towel and a good sense of humor handy. You’ll need both!
