Our hearts, thoughts, and prayers at Ken’s Pharmacy go out this morning to our downtown neighbors who lost their businesses in the devastating fire overnight on Main Street.

While we are incredibly thankful that Ken’s was spared, our hearts are heavy for our fellow businesses, their employees, and everyone affected by this tragedy.

Ken’s Pharmacy will be closed today. We currently plan to reopen tomorrow on a two-hour delay.

Please join us in praying for our neighbors, our first responders, and our entire Walhalla community during this difficult time.

We remember the lives that were lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the families who have carried their loss every day since.

And we remember how, in the days that followed, neighbors looked after neighbors, communities came together, and for a moment, we were simply Americans standing side by side.

May we never forget September 11, 2001—or the unity, courage and compassion that followed.
