If you have an urgent medical situation that you feel cannot wait until the next business day, you may call us after hours. You'll always get a return call from one of our own physicians. Our answering service will forward all medical-need inquiries to one of our on-call pediatricians, who will contact you directly (within a half hour) to provide the appropriate medical direction as necessary. For your convenience, our after-hours telephone number is the same as our regular office telephone number: (616) 458-3677. Please note that if you have an urgent or real life-threatening situation, go directly to the emergency room or call 911.

We're excited to offer remote check-in beginning Monday 09/14/2026 to make your visit more convenient and efficient. Prior to your child’s appointment, you will receive a text message with a secure link that allows you to begin and complete your check-in process from your mobile device before arriving at our office.

This simple, contactless process helps reduce paperwork and streamlines your child’s visit. If you have any questions, please contact our office at 616.458.3677. We look forward to providing you with an even better patient experience!
