Lymphatic Aid Tincture
A tincture combining cleavers, red clover, stillingia root, and prickly ash bark is traditionally formulated to support lymphatic flow, fluid balance, and gentle detoxification.

1. Cleavers
Historically regarded as the primary lymphatic tonic in Western herbal medicine, cleavers has been used for centuries to encourage lymph fluid movement, help drain congested lymph nodes, and support detoxification. It also has mild diuretic properties, aiding in reducing water retention and edema.

2. Red Clover
Classified as an alterative in herbal tradition, red clover supports the body’s detoxification channels, including the lymphatic system, and is also valued for its circulatory benefits and skin health

3. Stillingia Root
Used in 19th‑century Eclectic medicine for its lymphatic action, stillingia root was praised for promoting drainage and supporting the lymphatic system’s function

4. Prickly Ash Bark
Recognized as a lymphatic stimulant and circulatory supporter, prickly ash bark is traditionally used to improve microcirculation, boost energy, and assist in clearing stagnant lymph

Overall Traditional Benefits
When combined, these herbs are believed to:
Encourage healthy lymphatic flow and reduce puffiness or swelling.
Support fluid balance and help the body release retained fluid.
Promote gentle detoxification by aiding the removal of metabolic waste.
Enhance circulation, which works in tandem with the lymphatic system.
Provide mild energizing effects via improved microcirculation.
