what I love the most about Reiki is that it is Authentic Intelligence ~ Divinely guided ~ gentle and powerful at the same time💫

Beginning or reconnecting with Reiki have to be complicated. Start with a few quiet moments, place your hands on yourself, set an intention, and allow Reiki to become part of your day (again).

You don't have to be perfect or do it all. Simply begin where you are.

Reiki is always an invitation to pause, listen, and reconnect with yourself.
