Slow down. Breathe deeply. Restore your body. 🤍

Join Natasha Fridays at 5:30 PM for TRX Restorative Flow at Main Street Wellness Co.

This isn’t your typical TRX class. Instead of focusing on strength, the TRX Suspension Trainer becomes a supportive prop, helping you move deeper into restorative stretches with greater comfort, balance, and confidence.

✨ Increase flexibility & mobility
✨ Release tension and improve posture
✨ Build core awareness and stability
✨ Calm your nervous system through mindful breathwork
✨ Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed

Special Offer! 🎉 On Friday, August 7, Main Street Wellness Co. members can bring a friend for FREE to experience TRX Restorative Flow together. It’s the perfect opportunity to introduce someone you love to a restorative practice that helps you both slow down, reset, and recharge.

Whether you’re recovering after a busy week, complementing your fitness routine, or simply looking for an hour to reconnect with yourself, this class is for you.

Today we celebrate , marking the day in 1865 when news of emancipation finally reached Galveston, Texas—over two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed. Today and every day, we honor the resilience, history, and ongoing contributions of Black Americans. Have a safe and joyous freedom day!

Can you believe it?! We’re nearly halfway through the year! As such, we’d love to invite you to experience a Summer Solstice Sound Bath Experience.

Taking place 06/20/26 at 5:45pm, join Kathleen as she guides you into the energy of the Summer Solstice with immersive sound healing, deep relaxation and renewal...away from the noise of everyday life and into a calming space where your mind and body can truly exhale. Experience 75 minutes of pure bliss.

The summer solstice marks the peak of the sun’s energy, symbolizing illumination and abundance. Sound bowls are important during this time because their resonant vibrations help balance the chakras, clear stagnant energy, and align your inner vitality with the vibrant frequency of the longest day of the year.

Space is limited to 15 people, so sign up while you can!

We’d love to see you there!
