RIPA will be volunteering at the Amos House again this fall and the first opportunity is coming up!

We've been supporting the Amos House since 2024 and excited to continue supporting for another season.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of our friend and colleague, James Rossi PharmD.

James graduated from University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy in 2011, and worked many years alongside his father and brother, Mike at Phred's Pharmacy.

He is beloved by his friends, family and coworkers who always welcomed his light-hearted and caring personality.

Please join us in mourning for James, and keep his friends and family in your thoughts and prayers.

Last Thursday, we held Pharmacy Advocacy Day at the State House!

We had a great showing with our pharmacy colleagues from accross the state and University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy!

Thank you to State Senator Meghan Kallman for introducing us in the Senate with a Resolution making May, "Pharmacy Advocacy Day" and those in the Senate who continue to support our initiatives.

In particular, we want to express gratitude to our bill sponsons who came out to support us and speak at the event! We appreciate your continued advocacy and iddentifying pharmacists as integral members of addressing public health initiatives!
