Across the country, the sun is high and the humidity is…also high. Heat dome summer is upon us, and it feels like a rainforest out there. Which reminds us of the many tropical plants we work with. Today? Bitter Melon!

This thorny looking gourd from Africa and Asia is an ingredient in cuisines across those continents and used in traditional herbal practice. Our Bitter Melon extract, made with Ecologically Harvested fruit and Certified Organic alcohol, supports healthy blood sugar levels already in the normal range*.

It also plays a starring role in David Winston’s Metabolic Support ™, the newest herbalist-crafted compound to join our line. Crafted by David, with over five decades of botanical experience, Bitter Melon is backed up by warming and bitter herbs Cinnamon, Fenugreek, and Artichoke to create a symphonic synergy greater than the sum of its parts.
