We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused pharmacist to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and making a positive impact in small-town communities.

Qualifications
* Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
* Active Kansas pharmacist license in good standing
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to different pharmacy environments and workflows
* Commitment to exceptional patient care and customer service

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal regulations
* Counsel patients regarding prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and health-related concerns
* Collaborate with prescribers to clarify prescriptions and resolve medication-related issues
* Maintain compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies
* Oversee controlled substance documentation and inventory procedures
* Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and pharmacy staff
* Assist with inventory management and workflow optimization
* Foster strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners

Duties include:
* Assisting the pharmacist
* Greeting and Checking out customers
* Filling prescriptions
* Calling doctors offices
* Daily clerical work
* Put away incoming stock

Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment screening. A friendly attitude is a MUST and the ability to work in a team environment. Technician certification is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Must be proficient in computer skills. Pheww! What a year for providing school supplies 🎒for our county schools! We were able to provide approximately 665 elementary students with their entire school supply list!

It was great to get to bring the supplies to each school and get to meet more families. We really hope this project is a blessing to our area schools and the families they serve.

We want to say a big thank you to the schools who were so cooperative with us setting up supplies at their school buildings!
