Sometimes you know something is wrong long before you know what to call it.
You know your brain doesn’t work the way it used to. You’re not sleeping normally. You have days when you almost feel like yourself again, only to crash right back to where you were.
Maybe you’ve spent months or years trying to figure it out.
You’ve changed your diet. Tried supplements. Seen specialists. Run tests. And still, none of the pieces quite explain the whole picture.
Long COVID, mold exposure, and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) can overlap in ways that make people feel like they have a dozen unrelated problems.
Brain fog. Fatigue. Sleep problems. GI symptoms. Skin reactions. Changes in heart rate. Problems regulating body temperature.
There can be a pattern underneath it.
I’m sharing a free 3-day virtual forum happening August 27–29 that brings physicians and researchers together to look at this exact intersection: mold, MCAS, and Long COVID.
If you’ve been trying to connect the dots, I think it’s worth taking a look.
