I don't teach trap yoga. I don't listen to trap music (ok that's a lie). But trap yoga isn't a thing (im being facetious so if I'm wrong please enlighten me)

Puravida! Costa Rica, thank you for such a good time. Spending time in your jungles was exactly what I needed and then some! From the free fruits hanging on every tree to the kind souls of your people, and even your heat (Even. Your. Heat.) I found it hard to leave.

Can't let the day end with out telling you all what I've been up to!! Today I am a graduate student at Maryland University of Intergrative Health obtaining my master's in yoga therapy. This is a hybrid program so I did not move to Maryland my friends! I'm greatful, nervous, excited, and ready.
