Sound Bath at The Hyde Social - Cedar Falls, IA

Give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and simply be.

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments designed to create a deeply relaxing experience.
A sound bath offers a beautiful opportunity to quiet the mind, release tension, and bring your body and energy back into balance.

🌀 Relax • Restore • Reconnect

Come as you are. Get comfortable, close your eyes, and let the sound carry you into a state of deep rest.

Bring your yoga mat and blanket.
