Aging well is about more than planning for the future. It’s about having the knowledge, confidence, and right people by your side to navigate it.

Last week, Arosa Boston had the pleasure of bringing together families, community members, and leading experts for Aging Well: The Experts at Charles River Country Club.

It was an afternoon of thoughtful questions, meaningful conversations, and valuable perspectives on care management, financial planning, long-term care, and the decisions that come with aging.

What made the afternoon so special was seeing families connect directly with professionals who are passionate about helping others navigate this stage of life.

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful panelists for generously sharing their expertise and to everyone who joined us.

These are the conversations that matter, and we're proud to help bring them to our Boston community.

More families are discovering the difference a Care Manager can make.

We’re thrilled to see The New York Times shine a national spotlight on Aging Life Care Management — a service our team provides every day to help older adults and families navigate the complexities of aging.

From coordinating care and advocating during medical changes to helping families understand what comes next, having an experienced Care Manager in your corner can make all the difference.

We’re proud to bring that expertise to families right here in our community.

They can arrange a move to a senior living facility, deal with Medicare and Medicaid, recommend doctors, drive a client to the dentist, and much more.

October 1 is International Day of Older Persons — a day to recognize the contributions of older adults and the importance of supporting people as they age.

The World Health Organization’s Decade of Healthy Aging reminds us that healthy aging is about more than health care. It’s about creating communities and support systems that help older adults maintain their abilities, independence, connections, and quality of life.

At Arosa, we see every day how the right support can help older adults continue doing what matters most to them.

Learn more about the WHO’s work toward a world where everyone has the opportunity to age with health, dignity, and purpose.

The International Day of Older Persons is an opportunity to highlight the important contributions that older people make to society and raise awareness of the opportunities and challenges of ageing in today’s world.

From sunrise to sunset, we were spreading a little gratitude across Boston. 💙

In celebration of Worldwide Gratitude Day, Area Director Mairead hit the road, delivering goodies to our incredible caregivers throughout the Boston area.

It was a small way to say a very big thank you. We are so lucky to have such a fantastic team of caregivers who bring compassion, dedication, and heart to their work every day.

We appreciate you — today and every day!

Living hundreds of miles away doesn’t mean you care any less. But it can make it harder to know what’s really happening day to day.

Arosa’s Care Managers can be the eyes, ears, and trusted presence families need locally — helping coordinate care, attend to changing needs, and keep everyone informed. So even when you can’t be there in person, you can still feel connected to your loved one’s care.

This Labor Day, we’re celebrating the people who make care possible.

From our caregivers in clients’ homes to the team members supporting them behind the scenes, it takes a special group of people to do this work well. Their compassion, dedication, and willingness to show up for others make a difference every single day.

Today, we’re proud to celebrate them. Happy Labor Day from all of us at Arosa!

A dementia diagnosis may change a lot. It doesn’t change who someone is. 💜

Good dementia care goes beyond managing symptoms. It means protecting the routines, relationships, choices, and little things that still make someone feel like themselves.

And when caring for someone you love starts to feel like more than your family can manage alone, asking for support can be part of protecting those things, too.

Arosa is here to help families navigate what comes next.
