Successful clients aren’t perfect, but they’re consistent, communicative, and willing to be coached. 💪🏽
This applies to everyone: private 1:1 training, group fitness, and online coaching!
That means showing up regularly, supporting your training with intentional nutrition, and being open to exercises that challenge you even when they aren’t your favorites.
Modifications absolutely have a place. Communicate pain, limitations, or concerns so we can adjust appropriately.
There’s also value in working through something that’s challenging or unfamiliar. You don’t need to leave every workout exhausted, but making progress requires effort and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
Sit down and get real with yourself: Have I followed the plan consistently? Have my habits and effort matched my goals? Have I communicated where I’m struggling?
Before deciding a plan isn’t working, consider whether you’ve given it consistent effort and enough time. Those questions aren’t about guilt - they help us identify what needs to change, whether that’s the approach, your habits, or both.
My role is to provide a thoughtful plan, coach you through proper technique, and offer guidance and support. Your role is to show up, put in the effort, and communicate with me along the way. That partnership is where progress happens. 🫶🏽
