If you've ever stood in the supplement aisle feeling completely overwhelmed, you're not alone. There are hundreds of options and no easy way to know which ones are right for you.

Hello Everyone!

As some of you may know, I am currently enrolled in an Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching program. I have reached the final weeks and am entering what is called the Integration Lab portion of the course. This involves transitioning my skills and knowledge to a professional setting. I’ve been given the incredible opportunity to begin working with Anna Lorena Torner-Boron at Phoenix Natural Health and Wellness Center in Wautoma. The services I will be offering include Holistic Health Coaching, and in the very near future, both initial bioscan consultations or follow-up bioscans.

What is a bioscan? It is a noninvasive test which uses frequencies to detect energetic imbalances in the body. These “stressors” are given an identity and they can be anything from food, to toxins, to environmental stressors, to emotions. Creating an awareness about what these bioindividual stressors are for someone can help them to shift habits, make substitutes, or open a conversation about what their own body is asking for!

Who could benefit from health coaching? Someone who is looking to make these lifestyle shifts based on their bioscan results would benefit from a health coaching program. This is not a one size fits all program. What do YOU wish to accomplish? What are YOUR health goals? What symptoms or habits are YOU struggling with managing? How can we make shifts that are sustainable for YOU?
