We will cover many techniques for creating wave like movements through the patient to address deeper spinal muscles that are difficult to work directly as well as many techniques that utilize the entire hand and arm! You will also learn the Tai Yang Breakdown; introductory sequence for warming up the body and activating the parasympathetic nervous system. We will also cover some mobilizations for working the neck, shoulders, and hips. Lots of table time and not a lot of lecture!!
