🎉 BIG NEWS, BODY BY TABITHA IS MOVING! 🎉

We’re so excited to announce that Body by Tabitha is moving to 110 Main Street in Webster! (Right beside Prestige Salon & Day Spa)💫💪🏼

This move means better exposure, a more central location, MORE classes, later class times, and even babysitting during prime class hours! 🙌🏼 We’re growing, and we can’t wait to bring even more fitness, fun, and community to our amazing members!

🎯 Our goal is to open our doors at the new location in early November! Stay tuned for updates as we get everything ready!

💪🏼🔥 Adaptive Fitness at Body by Tabitha!
Today, we challenged our girls with weighted leg and arm exercises to build overall strength, while keeping them moving to improve endurance and mobility! Every movement has a purpose, and these girls put in the WORK! 🙌🏼
Needless to say, they were a SWEATY MESS! 😂❤️ We have so much fun finding unique ways to move, grow stronger, and celebrate what our bodies can do!
