🧡Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that helps restore balance to the mind, body, and nervous system. Through light touch and energetic connection, Reiki supports relaxation, emotional release, stress reduction, and deeper connection to your own inner healing and intuition.

🧡I offer intuitive Reiki sessions designed to support not only relaxation and energetic healing, but also personal growth, emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and feminine empowerment.

🧡My work blends energy healing with deep self-awareness to help women reconnect with their intuition, confidence, voice, and inner peace.

I currently offer:

🧡Individual Reiki Sessions

🧡Intuitive Personal Development Coaching

🧡Women’s Circles & Group Healing Experiences

Sessions can support:

• Stress & emotional overwhelm

• Life transitions & relationship healing

• Self-worth & confidence

• Burnout & energetic exhaustion

• Spiritual connection & inner clarity

• Breaking unhealthy patterns & reconnecting to self

🧡Reiki is gentle, grounded, and deeply supportive for women who are ready to heal, grow, and come home to themselves.

🧡Feel free to message me with questions or to book a session.
