✨ A refreshed smile, 20+ years later! ✨

These composite restorations had served this patient well for more than 20 years, but over time they began to show staining and breakdown along the margins, creating areas of concern for leakage and cavities.

After a thorough evaluation and discussion of her treatment options, we determined she was a great candidate to replace the aging restorations—and look at that beautiful result! 🤍

One of the things that makes our team at Cascade Advanced Dentistry unique is our restorative approach. Our restorative hygienist brings more than 10 years of restorative experience and works alongside Dr. Lansing to provide treatment like this with careful attention to function, health, and natural-looking esthetics.

In all seriousness… we have some pretty incredible technology at our fingertips. From digital scans and 3D-printed models to printing temporary resin full-arch cases right here in our office, these tools allow our team to plan, create, and execute some pretty complex dentistry with incredible precision.

There’s a whole lot of skill, planning, and attention to detail that goes into cases like these—we take the dentistry seriously. But ourselves? Well, we still manage to have a little fun along the way. 😂🦷

𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵!

One of the things we love most about our office is that we truly believe in the treatments we recommend, and we trust them enough to use them ourselves.

Dr. Lansing has been wearing a custom sleep appliance for years, and when it came time for a replacement, there was no question who he’d see. Today, Dr. McDonald completed his scans so Dr. Lansing can continue getting the quality sleep that’s so important for his overall health.

As parents, spouses, and healthcare providers, we know that good sleep isn’t a luxury—it’s the foundation for showing up as our best selves. Whether that’s for our families, our patients, or simply feeling better every day, it matters.

A little behind-the-scenes from our own team! 💙

Our restorative hygienist, Taerrah, brought her girls in for their checkups this week, and they both did an amazing job!

✨ Calan is cavity-free and is currently finishing palatal expansion treatment with Dr. McDonald.

✨ Leeah had one tiny “sugar bug” cavity repaired (which explains the adorable half-smile from being a little numb in the first photo 😄), she’ll be starting palatal expansion with Dr. McDonald soon, too.

One of the things we’re most proud of at Cascade Advanced Dentistry is the experience our team brings to caring for children and families.
