We are busy working long hours, constantly making plans, worrying about our families and ourselves. I wanted to provide a service in which people were able to disconnect from their busy lives and reconnect with themselves. I found sound therapy is really interesting because it can put you into a meditative state in which you are allowing your body and mind to rest and just be. I believe that we, as a society, need to slow down and literally smell the roses. I am a Practitioner of Sound and Vibrational Therapies and hold a Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in Mathematics and a minor in Chemistry. I’ve been focusing on creating a balanced life that is essential for my overall well-being by taking deliberate moments to slow down and appreciate the journey. I look forward to connecting with you, where you are, on your own path of balance & wholeness.

Well, it looks like the weather just isn’t going to cooperate with us today. We’ve made the decision to cancel our Outdoor Yoga + Sound Bath on Lake St. Helen.

We’re definitely disappointed, but Mother Nature had other plans for us! 🫶

Thank you so much to everyone who showed interest and planned to join us. We absolutely loved the idea of bringing yoga and sound together outdoors by the lake, and we’ll be planning more Outdoor Yoga + Sound Baths earlier next summer when we have lots of beautiful weather ahead of us.☀️✌️
