Wellness Refocused Coaching and Consulting I’m a board certified and trauma-informed health coach. I help you honor your experiences. Hey there!

I’m Cristina - a trauma-informed board certified health and wellness coach and nonprofit consultant. I'm also have certifications and certificates in nutrition and training. I'm queer, and use she/they pronouns, but that doesn't mean I only work with the LGBTQAI+ community. I've been a coach since 2016 years, and have had the chance to work with hundreds of folx between the ages of 18 to 70 on a variety of health goals. I've also worked with over a dozen nonprofits focusing on social justice and public health missions. As a coach, I honor clients experiences as they inform how we set goals and create plans to accomplish them. My clients are primarily those who are:
- neurodiverse
- have experienced trauma
- live with anxiety or anxiety-related disorders
- want to improve their relationship food, exercise and themselves

As a consultant, I recognize how organizations are run by humans and how that impacts how they can show up on a daily basis to impact actionable change in those organizations. I have experience drafting organizational strategic plans, position statements, community needs assessments, fundraising and marketing campaigns including annual and major giving, grants and social media management. I love executive leadership development and integrating public health perspectives into organizational work.

Life update:

Professionally, I will be leading a community center in Vermont, and I’m in a place to take on new clients after winding down my coaching case load this year. I took on a few nonprofit contracts and health-related clients, and I’m excited to restart this here.

So if you’re looking for health coaching, nutrition coaching, training as well as nonprofit consulting including, but no limited to strategic planning, fundraising, event planning, leadership and staff development, DEI, etc - send me a message!

Personally, we bought a 137 year old house! And it’s amazing, and yes, we know, a bit of work to restore it. I can’t wait to show you some of our projects!

I went to the Hilary Duff concert last night in Alpharetta with Rachel Garrett - and there is something about singing songs from your middle and high school years with thousands of strangers that is so healing.

Sometimes it feels like they’re just songs, but so many pieces of those years are associated with specific songs and movies, and those were a really great escape.

This was such a good experience ❤️

We’re squatting and deadlifting today. We just got back from seeing my in-laws and I wanted to finish the day with an evening lift. This also makes 4 out of 4 lifts for the week too.

I’m ordering new lifters because mine were so old the sole was detaching. I’m wearing cross trainers from Under Armor, but I really love the pitch I get from Olympic lifting shoes. These squats weren’t bad at all, and I’m making a note that I need continue to practice with and without my knee sleeves. The sleeves help with compression, can help build trust in yourself and yes - when your lifts are relatively heavily (for you) can help with stability and form.

Moving the goal post - changing the rules mid game makes you a cheater.

For people who say they want something fair, trustworthy, transparent - this whole process has been anything but that.

Regardless of political affiliation, lawmakers should work for constituents, not their party, not their donors and definitely not Washington.
