Friendly reminder: abs are not a degree, and a six-pack isn’t a peer-reviewed study.
Having a specific physique or looking athletic doesn’t automatically make someone a qualified source of health or nutrition advice. Genetics, time, resources, and extreme restrictions play huge roles behind the scenes—and what works for an influencer’s body might be completely useless (or harmful) for yours.
Before you take diet advice from a video on your feed, ask yourself:
What are their credentials? (Look for RDs, degrees, or certified evidence-based professionals).
Are they selling a quick fix? (If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is).
Where is the evidence? (A single personal anecdote isn’t scientific proof).
Your health is too important to leave in the hands of unqualified internet algorithm trends. Double-check your sources, listen to certified experts, and feed your mind real science! 👇
