The non-surgical brow lift of my dreams 🥰
As we age, we lose collagen, elasticity, and volume throughout the upper face. Temporal and lateral facial volume loss means less structural support for the brow, while changes in the skin and underlying tissues can contribute to gradual brow descent. The result? The upper eyelid can begin to look heavier, even when the eyelid itself isn’t the only thing changing.
For this patient, we approached those changes from multiple angles:
✨ 3 rounds of Sculptra to gradually restore support and stimulate collagen production. Placed intentionally for lateral brow support and rejuvenation
✨ A change in her Dysport injection pattern to reduce downward pull and encourage a subtle, natural brow lift (done differently by previous injectors)
✨ CO₂ laser resurfacing to stimulate collagen, improve skin quality, and address laxity
Rather than trying to “lift” one isolated area, we’re treating the different components of facial aging that contributed to the change in the first place.
The goal isn’t to make someone look different — it’s to restore support, improve skin quality, and help the face age beautifully.
