Get to know Dr. Braun, who recently joined the Long Island Women’s Health Care Group!

A native of Mineola, NY, Dr. Braun is excited to be back on Long Island caring for women in her local community. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Binghamton University before receiving her medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, where she also completed her OB/GYN residency. Her training includes high- and low-risk obstetrics, preventive medicine, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and robotic surgery using the da Vinci Surgical System.

Dr. Braun is passionate about providing compassionate, comprehensive, and evidence-based care to women of all ages. Outside of caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and two cats, listening to true crime podcasts, and watching sci-fi movies.

Today, we’re highlighting Dr. Toubiyan, an experienced OB/GYN and valued member of the Square Care team.

After moving to the United States at 17, Dr. Toubiyan earned his bachelor’s degree from Queens College before earning his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada. He completed his OB/GYN residency at New York Health and Hospitals–South Brooklyn Health, where he had the opportunity to care for an underserved community.

Outside of caring for patients, Dr. Toubiyan enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with his family.
